Twenty years of decommissioning tools leaves an inventory somewhere.
Advance Semiconductor has run equipment removal, harvesting and refurbishment for as long as we have run the process-parts business. What that generates — excess wafers, decommissioned tools, chamber spares — now has its own storefront.
Where it comes from
A byproduct of work we already do.
Pulling a tool out of a line, requalifying the parts worth keeping and clearing the rest is part of the equipment support business, not a side project. Every decommission leaves wafers that never ran, spares that outlived the tool they were bought for, and process equipment that still runs fine but no longer fits the line it came from.
That inventory used to move by word of mouth. It now has a proper channel.

Excess wafer inventory
Silicon, germanium, SiC and SOI lots across the sizes we process — prime, reclaim, monitor and test grade, priced and shipped per wafer.
Used process tools
Decommissioned deposition, etch, thermal and wet-process tools, inspected on site with condition, hours and known faults stated plainly.
Chamber spares & consumables
Quartzware, ceramics, chucks and valves pulled from decommissioned lines or left over from qualification runs — in stock, not made to order.

A surplus broker sells hardware it has never opened, from a description someone else wrote. Every listing on Semi-Surplus comes from the same floor team that cleans, requalifies and repairs this equipment when it is still in service — so the listing can say what is actually wrong with a tool, because the person writing it is the person who would be asked to fix it.
